Almost all of our pieces are handcrafted. Because of this, the indicated size may vary slightly from item to item
(±1–3 mm for jewelry, ±1–2 cm for textiles). We follow a standard size chart for guidance; if you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

At Livora we provide FREE worldwide shipping.
Total worldwide shipping time: 7–17 business days
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Our pieces are produced in small made-to-order batches — your item is crafted after purchase and ships right after the batch closes to ensure premium quality and attention to detail.
Delivery times by region (after production):
– Netherlands: 1 business day after batch production (our studio is based in NL and we produce/ship locally).
– Europe & North America: typically 7–12 business days.
– Rest of World: typically 10–17 business days.
At checkout, our system provides the most accurate estimate based on your address. Please note that rare delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, customs, seasonal peaks).
You’ll receive updates throughout the process and can track your order 24/7 directly on our website.

Return Policy
If you’d like to return an item, you have 30 days from the date of receiving to do so. Before proceeding, please keep the following in mind:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a track and trace shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
How to Return Your Order

Send an email to info@livorastudio.com with your order number and a brief explanation for your return. Our team will provide the necessary instructions and additional information.
Step 2: Ship Your Package
Once you receive return instructions, send your item to the address provided. Please use a shipping method with tracking to ensure it arrives safely.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return in its original condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. However, once an order is placed, it can only be canceled within 24 hours. If you need to return your item, please follow the return process outlined above.
Important Notes
Items must be unused, in original condition, and have all labels and tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Returns that show signs of wear, use, or damage may not be eligible for a refund.
